Workflow Management
The ExpertDesk Workflow Management Module is used to define standard or complex activities within the different ExpertDesk modules. During this course, the Workflow Administrator learns to define workflows for certain activities. Provided a theoretical framework and a standard case the students acquire insight in the construction, development and maintenance of a Workflow and improvement of existing Workflows.
In addition, we address linking certain tasks within a Workflow and the interdependence of certain tasks. Apart from understanding the standard Workflow Administrator tasks (defining, maintenance), students are encouraged to consider the position of an end user. This enables the administrator to define user-friendly workflows that can easily be recognized.
