Cases are developed based on real-life examples of the clients’ application. The training starts with an introduction to ExpertDesk and our clients’ business processes, followed by practical training in which students learn about the tool and processes using ExpertDesk case studies.

Web-Based training with cases

Our web-based training kit combines both theory and real life case studies to practice new skills in a live environment. During ExpertDesk training, students create real tickets and work with the real tool. The web-based training is also ideal as a fresh-up training. Web Based Training

Blended learning
